I'm at 102 mtd. I have effectively 3 days left to ride this month since I'm heading to Disney world on Friday with my little boy. I think I'll be able to manage the 150, but the 200 is pretty out of reach. Still, not bad for a month where I've had 13 travel days (for work and leisure).

Just got back on the bike this month after being sidelined with elbow issues resulting in surgery in September. Put me down for 100 for November. Have some time off work with the holidays

You are putting in far more miles than me...

Bike racing for me is a distraction between hunting seasons. A man's gotta eat you know.

My asthma symptoms are compounded by allergies. Typically I take OTC Claratin to knock the allergies down and just carry prescribed Albuterol inhaler just in case. However on days where I plan a cardio intensive workout and on race days I take a Sudafed 6 to 8 hours in advance and hit the inhaler 15 to 30 minutes before starting race or workout. Have done this for years under a doctors supervision and have not had an attack. Only side effect I suffer is a dry cough for a few hours after a workout or race. That's a small price to pay to avoid a scary asthma attack while riding.

Good luck with your situation.

Lots of commuting and CX racing brings me up to 390 miles so far this month. Only two more CX races left this season then the race bike gets some new tires and goes back into the rotation for commute duty.

Horns are over-rated. Good for soup stirrers and making knives.

11/20 - 11.1 miles
11/24 - 11.1 miles
11/25 - 11.1 miles
11/29 - 13.1 miles

Total = 57.5 miles, including a fair amount of climbing, for the second half of the month. I probably rode another 20-30 miles earlier in November, but I wasn't counting yet, so oh well.

I ditched the cheap suspension fork and creaky adjustable stem on my Fuji this month and upgraded to a threadless rigid fork setup. That's a big improvement that's getting me out my on the bike in fairly cold weather, which is new for me.
