Oh, Clydes are inexperienced?

You need to rephrase your paradigm, man, because that's a major fail.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I'm a Clyde (and then some!) and post videos on my YouTube page.

Capsisking is the channel name.

Well take this vid for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSFYRiqodvU

A PERSON MY SIZE OVER 200 POUNDS COULD USE A VIDEO FOR A PERSON WITH MY OWN TEMPO

A person over 200lbs could perhaps find a clyde video helpful if the persons in the vid took more breaks or offered a little more support like Great Job/ or you can do it!" or Your doing great!" to motivate the person a little more perhaps "you may experience jelly legs" or when we increase the tempo here you may experience these problematics but you will overcome them with time. Also, if the goals are more intune with your body type for example following the vid above, i felt guilty because i could not keep up with the tempo they were using in the video. If they were using a slower tempo it might relate to people in those weight classes, instead of leaving you with a negative experience you would then leave off on a positive, creating more motivation for the next workout.

this is pretty self explanatory
You sure have a hard time understanding that "clyde" is NOT synonymous with "inexperienced", "unfit," "jelly legs," or "having low self-esteem." If you could get your head right, you would probably be encouraged and inspired by those facts.

Im sorry i was speaking from a first person perspective no offense meant. I should have written a person who is my size who would like a video at a slower tempo. Perhaps in your eyes we dont need videos. OK

The last 3 threads I started:
Videos for Beginner riders (unfor i have no access to edit this )
Whats on your Xmas list
Sore Feet
Vics Bike Thoughts

(i also posted a picture in post your pics thread) hope that was OK.

BEWARE!!! THose maniacs are riding on the WRONG side of the Road!!

I have discovered TrainerROad. They have Sufferfest and a bunch of other videos attached to the program. I cant reccomend it highly enough.

Is that video Clyde friendly? I didn't notice words of encouragement , tips concerning jelly leg and what to do about it, nor did they make many stops. Will Clydesdale riders leave the session with the desire to return or feel shunned and discouraged
