you are doing great. It will definitely be posted. Wife and I just had a talk regarding food and appropriate intake. Two of my sons that are in college and live at home were involved and all agree to a healthy living with a dedication to help each other. The boys are in great shape and want to maintain. We made a food list and the wife is headed to the store.

I have not ridden in 2 weeks but will start again today even if it's on the trainer and am going to commit to 30 min a day until my legs get back to where they were.

Great job everyone on your progress and dedication

Well, I did things wrong this month and ended up at 269.8 This morning, about a pound heavier than at the start. For me, I know what I need to do to turn this around. I just have to follow through and do it. So I'm going in to March looking for a (roughly) 1 lb. per week loss. My goal will be 265 for the month.

I had a rough week, less time on the bike. I did end up just meeting my goal of 260 for the month, after actually going below and gaining a bit.

Good month, still don't feel faster on the bike or maybe the guys/gals I ride with are just fast. Added a gym membership about week n half ago for free weights. Increased load in saddle time with 3 centuries in Feb

results
MTD miles: 465
weight
2/1~ 205.6#
2/29~ 198.4#

@Jimbo -- Congrats on hitting the goal.

All in all it likes like a good month for everyone, especially considering February is often a cruel month. Keep it up!
yah it's brutal, last century I did was in the summer time...I feel like a kid trying to cram for a test (April 24th)
I find it mostly mental to deal with the pain and suffering. I have to break up the 2nd half of the rides to lil check points and not think of the end when I'm only 30-50 miles into the day. I mostly look forward to the end of the club ride portion of the ride so I can dictate my own speed again damn hammerheads
