2016 Clydesdale/Athena Biggest Loser Thread - Week 7

Hi Folks!

Happy Valentines Day! How'd we do with the candy? I was good until a few minutes ago when I killed a bar of Trapper Joe's Simply Lite 50% Cocoa Low Carb Dark Chocolate. Only 4g carbs for the whole thing, so I'm hoping that doesn't put me over.

Anyway, I planned ahead and was able to post this at the beginning of the week this time.

Starting weight September 2015 - 335

Starting weight January 2016 - 289

2/14 - 270
2/21 - 269

Last week was not the best but I expect this week to be better. I have lots of motivation as I need to loss approx 11 more pounds before I can get the new bike.

MTD -243.5
YTD - 566.3

not a very good week for me, well I was holding steady until the weekend

jan 01 = 209.5
feb 09 = 206.25
feb 16 = 209

pretty darn close to where I started the year at. This is classic me, undoing weeks of mini-loss in a couple days. Oh well starting over again.

That's the bugger with losing weight; once you get lighter, it becomes harder to burn calories. But 3 lbs/week is still rock star status, AFAIC!
