March 2016 monthly weight loss goal thread.
Good luck guys and gals. Yesterday was a pretty good junk free diet day for me. The month will continue to look awesome. I am hoping to lose 10-15 pounds.

Started cutting 2 weeks ago, trying to watch diet and alcohol intake, doing 16:8 intermittent fasting while cycling a fat burner, maintaining my lifting schedule and working intervals on the turbo trainer. The weather was nice enough I managed a 25 mile road ride yesterday! I got sick last week which stalled things out, but I'm already down 3 lbs, hoping to be under 200 by the end of March.

My plan for March is for a loss of 10 (maybe 15) pounds. I lost 10 in February, and another 10 in March would put me at 221. My goal weight is 211, which is really a nice weight for me.
Good luck everyone!

I am going to try for 15 pounds this month. I am also going to try for 101 plus miles in March anyone with me?
2/28/16 295.8 pounds
3/6/15 295.7 pounds 15 miles
I have to have a procedure done last Friday and my B-day was yesterday so the no weight lost last week doesn't surprise me

@Flatbroke, you are a lot braver than I. I would like to hear some of your training strategy.

Made it back home after nearly a month overseas with no weight gain ( or loss ). This month I'm aiming to lose 5 lbs.

That makes 10 for the month so far...If I don't lose 20 this month I will be surprised but 15 will still be satisfactory.

Went to the doctor last Friday. Still had weight loss and that was good. Blood pressure is still dropping. Blood sugar is becoming stable but needs to drop some more to make me happy.

I have been involved in a "biggest looser" competition at work and managed to drop 20 lbs since the beginning of the year. The competition ends today and I would like to keep on losing. I figured the real reason I was losing in the competition was the weigh-ins each Friday and the public accountability they provide. I find that reading on here helps keep me motivated to lose, so why not use this forum as my accountability as well. Thanks for the motivation so far, I hope this makes it even better.

(250) Looking to drop 20-30 in the next 4 months. Just found out at 63 that I'm allergic to wheat. 19 days on gluten free stuff, almost taste better than cardboard.

OK so I started my diet before I found you guys. I am 271 as of this more. I was 284 7 days ago. And I was 294 2 weeks ago. I have gone on the low carb diet because first it has worked for me in the past. and second when I eat carbs I stay hungry. Literally if I eat carbs I will continue to eat and gain. When I am low carbs I stay not hungry and need to make sure I do eat something each day. I do take vitamin supplements so I don't get sick from lack of something. Just a one a day type. And I hope that once I get down to my goal of 170 I will no longer need blood pressure meds. I am 5' 11" and do not have a bike yet. Looking really hard for one in the budget of sub $500 USD.

Weighed in this a.m at 249#, so probably not going to make goal. Still, headed in the right direction.

I'm stuck! Almost 2 weeks, no change. This is a long one, but they all seem long. 10 pounds vanished at the beginning of the month, my body panicked and threw up a brick wall of fat around my fat. Or, would that be a fat wall of fat? Either way, I'm still fat.
