Spring Rain Pants
Can I get a recommendation on tall water-proof pants for temps 40F and up for springtime - if there is such a thing? I bought some cheap Frogg Troggs off Amazon but they're hot as heck and flare out at the ankles. I'm 6'6". Thanks!
