Wide chamois
After struggling with discomfort awhile I finally had my sit bones measured and it turned out I needed a wider seat. SO I got a 168mm Specialized myth as it was in stock at the LBS
This really helped, but now I am want to improve on it... I think I need wider padding. My theory is that my sit bones are near the edge of the padding and cause it to migrate towards the middle. I think wider padding may stay in place better.
Does anyone know if any brand tends to have wider padding than others?

I don't know, but I really do like my wider-than-normal memory foam seat. I first put it on my mountain bike when the seat I had on it was falling apart, and then put it on my hybrid when I got it. It's quite comfortable.
