Clyde No Mo (Redux)
I was 352 pounds then started low carb intermittent fasting and got to 186. Then colon cancer
and got hit by a car. Four surgeries later I was 225. Today I weighed 199.8 .... yippeeee!

PS the colon cancer was stage 1 with no recurrence a year later (whew)
