Free month of TrainerRoad anyone?

Hello,

I have been told by TrainerRoad that I can gift a month of their service to 1 person.

Any taker? Just send me a PM with your email address; they want that.

First come first serve.

Nice. I am looking to subscribing to them, how do you like them so far. I want to use it build some climbing legs as I live in flat Florida and want to take a vacation in the mountains this summer and see if it will help me make the riding a little easier.

I like them. I am in the second 4 week block of traditional base, with a third 4 week block coming, then sustained power (8 weeks), then 40K TT (8 weeks) just because you have to love pain...

They have all kinds of programs so drop a line to their podcast through the form at the bottom of the page (https://www.trainerroad.com/podcast)
