Hello, new member here. I'm 5'8" and 270lbs and will be 39 in a couple of days. Just started riding last week and am hoping to use this site to keep me accountable with sticking to it. First ride I though my legs were going to catch fire and explode at about the 1.5 mile mark. I'm up to doing 5 miles a day now and feeling a little better each time. Glad I found a place with others who face similar challenges. My goal is to be down around 200 lbs by my 40th birthday.
