Well, here goes... My pride and joy. Nothing fancy:

2006 Gary Fisher Kaitai. Got all of 1100+ miles on it, now.
The stock knobbies were replaced by Armadillos before it left the shop.
Tomorrow, I should have my new Shimano M324s to throw on it maybe this weekend.

Finally starting to look like it's been ridden

My ride: Trek 1200c. I really like this bike. I've only had cheap mountain bikes before, and never realized how smooth and fast a good road bike was.

My wet weather fixed/ss bike. A 1983 Univega Maximo Sport conversion.

Ol' faithful. A 1980 Schwinn World Sport. My foul weather geared bike. Too tough to break, too heavy to steal... been riding this one since 1984.

Summertime fixed gear cruiser. Light, fast and oh so stylish.

A little faster on the flats, a little easier up the hills. Someday, I'll drop a roadie on this bike... if I can catch one.

I also have a fixed/ss MTB for gravel roads and rail trails. Just put it together this winter so no pics yet.

Here are mine...

2001 LeMond Zurich... My normal road ride....

2006 Reline 9*2*5... My bike for riding with my wife...

I tend to lurk here but love to show off my bikes when I can. By the way, I'm 235, down from 280, going for 200 or so.

Ha, pics of our addictions hey? This is where I show myself up as a vintage nut of sorts.

Here's my main fast road bike, an 80's Gazelle Trim Trophy

My rain bike/cargo bike/commuter. Now also with trailer, but not shown, it's a Raleigh Royal

My half finished Falcon SS urban assault

My also half finished Raleigh Gran Sport (second pic is before I started messing with it)

My Nigel Dean fixed gear (frame is small for me, but I wanted it chuckable)

My chrome singlespeed - don't know the identity of the frame

The current big project, my 1940 HR Bates BAR, to be built up as a fixed path racer

And last, but by no means least, my EG Bates track bike:

In addition to these, there's a crappy Xmart MTB with wide motorcycle bars, a wierd chinese made road bike with gold rims, on it's way to becoming a chopper, an 80's Raleigh Quasar, with wierd oval downtube, on it's way to being an updated Raleigh Sportsalike single speed, and my Falcon Westminster locup beater. Dear Lord, I've got a lot of bikes!

my commuters...

I'm second guessing the sale of my Fetish cycles. it's by far the most comfortable commuter i've had. guess i should keep it as a bad weather commuter.

not pictured is my Giant OCR 3 that I'm still waiting on(ebay purchase)

Heres my 2001 Diamondback Response. Shimano Deore LX hubs, Sunrims, Cateye, basic little upgrades.

Next will be new tires when these are dead, then fenders and a front/rear racks.

Pretty blue! I love those frame bags, too. I don't understand your pedals... are they just at a funny angle or are they tiny? And are those power grips on them?

Pedals are Power Grips. One of the first mods I did YEARS ago and still have them working fine.

Man, you all have some nice bikes. But mine does me well

For our anniversary, the unindicted co-conspirator exchanged bikes (and other good and valuable considerations which are not germane to this discussion ). Here's the one she liked:

and here's the one I liked:

nb: on rides together, I'll still be riding my old Bianchi:

Hi,
this is me and the bike a year ago. It's a Gunnar Sport, repainted because I got it when Gunnar was using that cheap paint. The bike has changed a bit. The handlebar is a bit lower, the seat is an inch or two higher. That's thanks to a Thompson
seatpost that is so long it bottoms out. One crank was replaced with a 167.5.
I'm using a different brand of rings. Had some new wheels made with Ambrosio
Excellence rims. Tires are Marathon Racers now, although I may try something different next year. They are good tires, I didn't get a single flat all summer. First
time that's happened. I was using cheapo pedals at the time, but have gone back to my Shimano A520 pedal. If it had better bearings and surfaces I'd love it. I also took the Bagman off and put my old Tubus Fly back on.

OK here are some updated shots of my bikes.

This is the my bike that I ride at night and in bad weather. It has the fender to keep the sprinkler water off my back. It a great bike. This pic shows the rigid fork I put on back in March\April time frame. I highly recommend the steel rigid fork if you have a cheap suspension fork.

This is the day time and good weather ride.
