Tom,
After recovering from carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists (not at the same time) then a lower back muscle spasm, I put in 50 miles for week ending 3/4. That morning I flipped over the bars mountain biking and fractured my upper arm.
It is healing in a sling and I hope to be back on the road bike in early April
