That'd be it. Great riding down here. A little hilly, but great riding.

Well, I can sure tell Jill hurt herself during the Susitna! Here's hoping she gets back in the saddle soon for some miles! Great job, everybody! So you know, at the end of the month, I'll be posting the quarterly chart for trends.

No problem, Bill, life gets in the way! You'll show up for this week, next week, in the right columns.

Tom,
After recovering from carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists (not at the same time) then a lower back muscle spasm, I put in 50 miles for week ending 3/4. That morning I flipped over the bars mountain biking and fractured my upper arm. It is healing in a sling and I hope to be back on the road bike in early April

yikes! well, get better and I'll keep you on the injured list until you get better. I'll get the 3/4/2007 miles in, and keep your spot warm for when you get back on the bike!

40.5 miles for me this week. Yay for good weather!

Also no idea on saddle time. I'll try to keep track of that next week

No worries, and if you want to just track miles, that's fine as well!

Absolutely fantastic crystal clear blue skies today and 60 degrees F temps
17 mph south to northwest shifting winds
Working on the house all day
= No riding time today

Getting up way early tomorrow to get a ride in before church, should be a nice balmy 36 at sunrise and I should have 15 miles in by then. Have a nice night.

55.2 miles / 3:40:52 for the week.

Congratulations on your first race! Win, lose or draw, that first race is a milestone! I will be converting kilometers to miles, by the way, so don't think I am shortchanging you when you read the charts later this week!~

Last call for miles, I publish tomorrow evening. If you get the miles to me before I publish, I can throw them in the database, folks!
