I need some help please!

I wear a size 14 EEEE, and am having a heck of time finding some bike shoes. I tried some 49 Wide but they still are tight. Do anyone know of a company that makes extra wide shoes?

I primarily going to use them for road riding but I would wear MTB shoes if they fit.
