Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Oh come on, ArcticJill has put in 300+ miles this month in much worse weather. I am still feeling shame in how wimpy I was after I read her blog. I can't wait for it to rain now so I can wash off the wimp.

About 1.5" of wet, heavy snow fell in the 40 minutes my commute took this morning. The MUP was snow covered packed ice/snow mix in most places, with a few smooth spots where the snowpack thawed yesterday afternoon so it was only snow this morning.

I'd have stayed home today so I could just go for a long ride (maybe take the MUP all the way downtown and check out the city covered in snow) but I've got project meetings today.

It hasn't been above freezing in.. weeks here. In fact, the past couple days it's been too cold to even walk. 3 degrees with a 40mph wind.. thankyono.

I haven't been on a outdoor bike since early December . Thank the lord for indoor trainers

Sitting in my shorts and a tee shirt with the screen porch door open, what's that white stuff in your picture?
