    Not I, or at least not yet, because I would mena that I was dead. I am definitely too big now at a little under 290, but with my height and build, I simply do not think I could be under 200 and healthy. For me, the first goal is 270 and then take it from there.

    Are you guys trying to say and spell the German word for horse? If so, it's pferd,pronounced as ferd
