New here

I amnew here on the board and I definately fit into the clydesdale. I am 5'11 295# down from the previous 317. I am going to try and ride more this summer than the previous. I have been riding at the gym where I go to school. I am a full time college student, working on getting into the nursing field. I have 2 years left. I am fighting a blunt force trauma to the the sternum/chest area right now. I dropped a 75# dumbbell on my chest. Damaged the cartlige where it connects to the sternum. Hurts like h*ll. Thought when I frist did it I was having a heart attack. NOPE thank god. I am at high risk my dad heart attack and my mom triple by-pass surgery. I try and watch what I eat and excercise. I really enjoy riding. Well just I just wanted to say Hi and give a brief bio on my self. I hope this finds everyone enjoying there rides over the weekend.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Welcome to the the group. Make sure you get a Heart Rate monitor if you don't have one since you have heart issues in your family. Plus it will help you keep your HR is the prime fat burning zone.
