I went on my first group ride last Thur.

I lead the second half of the ride and we avg. 17mph for 32 miles, about half dropped off.

The day before I saw a You Tube video of bicycle race crashes to Johnney Cash's version of "Hurt". I have never put myself through such pain, but "GD" I loved it, I can't wait untill my first race!!!
