Pudding & Refreshment
Got some Hammer Gel, Accel Gel and Accelerade Powder mix. Haven't got the powder mix yet though...in transit, still using Gatorade. Anyhow, I don't think I put enough miles on yet to fully appreciate the effects of the stuff however....
I have noticed that after lifting and come to think of it most days include both lifting and biking, there is much less burn in the muscles worked the day after. Remarkably so. Enough so that I really wish they had this stuff 30 years ago!
Anyone have any experience with gels, puddings
and/or other drinks like Gatorade/Accelerade?

For liquid, I use Twin Labs Ultra fuel premix diluted to half.
I use Shot blocks or Ghu.
I use clif bars as well as protein bars on long rides.
