Average speed: around 20km/h* (12MPH)
Average Ride: around 12km (7.5mi) during the week, 30-50km (19-30 miles) on weekends.

*This is often due to the fact the %^$#!@* idiots at city hall, think the only way to reduce cager speeds in residential areas is to put a 4 way stop every %^$#!@* block, that really knocks the stuffing out of speed on rides.

Great idea, Tom. And I promise I won't hit on you! Crazylady seems too nice for me to hit on her husband.

Location: Gap, PA.
Pace: 13-15ish. I'm not fast but I eventually get where I'm going. And enjoy the scenery along the way.
Distance: Any.

I wonder if you could organize a cross country tag-team ride. Think of it like the Olympic Torch passed around a world route from Greece.

Location: St. Charles MO.
Pace: ???? Not sure yet, just getting back
Distance: at least 20 miles.

I've noticed this in Montréal, too. Is it like that in all major Canadian cities?

A threesome? Tom, I never figured you to be so darned kinky! I'm a nice gir...gu...something!

To the subject: For those in NE Ohio, go to www.centurycycles.com for their "Nightrides on the Towpath" schedule. Nice ride for the whole family, all skill levels and paces.

There are a bunch of cyclists from JPL that ride around Pasadena on Saturday, IIRC, you might hunt them down!

'Been at it since late Feb. of this year and have just over 1000mi under my butt. Still, being new to cycling, I've gravitated to more climbing routes than flats. and, as you may know, can be tough for a clyde. Are there any SLOW climbers out there?
