I wonder if I could eat a dozen at each stop? I'd probably end up soiling myself.

It reminds me of the comment about "the Donut Shop ride" in the book Bike for Life.

I got offered a donut about 30 miles into a century ride, and I about hurled just looking at it. The winner last year had a time of about -6 minutes!

The winner in the donut adjusted time category often eats 20 or more donuts. The most I've ever eaten is two, and the second one really did me in. I will eat one--what's the point of riding the Tour de Donut if you don't eat at least one donut.
