Hey, I just wanted to encourage people in their quest to lose weight cycling. I didn't change my diet at all, commuting 11 miles a day (round trip) three times a week and in a year I have lost 20 lbs! imagine if I dieted too! it comes off slowly, but I think that's a good thing. for all this past year I didn't weigh myself on purpose so I wouldn't get discouraged, but went to the doctor's office today and on their scale-- 220. my top weight was between 240-245.
