1/2 Century

Good morning, I just got back from my first half century. Thought about a metric but it was already pushing 90 degrees. I did good till the last 5 miles, dropped my AVS from 13.3 to 12.9. I used up all 100 oz of fluids by the end. Might have to get a bigger Camlbak if I keep this up.

I know what you mean. It's too hot for me to ride today. To church and back this morning nearly did me in. :-)

Wow, I don't think I could do a 50, but I will add that to my goals.

I road 18 today in the 95 degree heat.
