any clydes riding a Trek Madone 5.2?

I have a chance to get a good deal on an 06 Trek Madone 5.2, I won't be using the stock wheels but some Deep V's that I have already for a wheelset.. Any clydes using a Madone 5.2 and any issues, is it stiff enough?

Any input greatly appreciated..

I'm riding a 2007 Madone 5.2 with everything stock on it. No problems with the bike sofar and i've hit some huge pothole just yesterday during the 90 mile Tri-State-Tour.
I tip the scale at 196lbs.

I've been riding a Pilot 5.0 (full carbon) for 2 yrs with no problems. The Madone should be fine for you.

I've been riding my 2005 Madone without a hint of a problem. It has even sustained a direct hit on an 8" tree branch (too dark to see it) that sent me over the bars, and not a scratch. BTW, I have a set of Kysrium SL's on the bike, and they were equally unscathed. Off season, I'm 220lbs., and presently at 197lbs. Go get one- best bike I've ever owned.

I have an '04 5200, which I started riding in the 210-220 range. I'm down to 180 or so now. It seems to have held up fine.

I rode it 103 miles on Saturday
