Yesterday, I jogged 2 miles nonstop. And I felt good when I was done - I probably could have done 1-2 more. That's a pretty big deal for me, since I've never been a particularly strong runner.
This morning, my bathroom scale clocked me at 207 lbs. That's less than I've weighed in over 3 years, and down from a high of almost 240 last fall. 185 is actually starting to sound like a realistic goal.
This evening, I set a new personal best on my bike: 56.96 miles @ 15.7 MPH, in 3 hours 37 minutes. That's 10-15 miles further than my previous best, and about 2 hours faster. Wow.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement. I'm not sure I'd have found the motivation to do this without this forum.
