my ride today

Rode my first real long ride event today, 85 miles and kinda hilly. I kicked ass and it felt good! Its amazing to see all of hard work I did this summer paying off.

Thank you everyone here for you encouragement and advice!

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I seriously began cycling on May 1st of this year or 1000 miles ago I was 298lbs, today I weighed 260lbs...its been a great summer and wonderful new life style I have found! Its wonderful being able to read all fo your success stories and have this wealth of experiance to fall back on when I get stuck or have questions.
