Wish me luck in my quest for 100

Heading out tomorrow to meet a friend and ride in the Kansas City MS 150 ride on Saturday. Planning on doing the one day 100 mile route for my first ever century. Lets hope its all down hill with a tailwind. ( I know it is not) Wish me luck.

You can do it! Just pace yourself and don't forget to hydrate and eat.

I'm just over two weeks before my first century ride myself. I'd appreciate any words of wisdom you have after you accomplish it.

Rock on!
I'm heading out this weekend for my first metric century in quite a few years. I'm sure we'll both do just fine.

Good luck. Eat light, eat smart and drink lots. You'll do great!

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Am I gonna have too little speed and endurance to ride with you and Sharon when I can get back on bike?

Good luck! Remember to pace yourself, hydrate, eat, and take a break when you can't feel your butt any more.
