Made some milestones today!

I just made my first 400 mile month! I have logged over 1500 miles since the middle of May when I started keeping track. And I've put 1000 miles on the bike I bought on the 4th of July. The best news is that it is starting to cool off here, finally, and I think I will start pushing myself to go farther. My husband and I rode 31.5 miles on Sunday, which is a new record for both of us.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Wow! 400 miles in a month. That's great! The most I've been able to do in a month is 270. Mostly due to time constaints...

Congratulations!

Great! Last time I did over 400 miles in a month was 2004 - but I'm pushing for 300 this month
so maybe I'll get lucky. Congrats!
