Happy conclusion. I figured out my sizing problems! Turns out the problem with most bike fits is that they don't take foot size into account. I'm a size 15 (size 50 sidi shoes) so typically the bottom bracket is too far back given how far back my heels get pushed. With the new Titec Bent seatpost I'm way back over the rear hub and it feels great! Biking has never been easier. My cadence improved 20-40%. I can spin uphill like never before.
I actually got to lower my seat post for the first time in my life for a more comfy ride. Usually I have to keep straight posts up as high as possible so they can get me further back, but the Titec fixed all of these problems. Best part is that now i'm riding on a light flexy Forte saddle without any issues.
I couldn't believe the improvement that the post created after the first ride. I had to do a couple weeks of riding to make sure I wasn't imagining things. So for others who have this issue: big feet force lots of setback..get all you can!

Destroyer of Wheels
Awesome!!!
I missed this the first time around and that seatpost looks like it would fix the problem, but this thread may be useful in how to ride lighter (something I keep reminding myself of).
