3...2...1...

The count down is on. Weighed in at 201 this morning after my trainer ride (10 miles, 1400 ft of climbing). I sweat like a pig during the ride but consumed 20 oz. of water during the 52 minute workout. But just to play it safe, I'm calling my official weight this morning at 203 (to account for any possible water loss).

Maybe I'll be a Clyde alumnus by Thanksgiving? Then maybe back for a little after Thanksgiving?

Won't be long now...

Congrats and good luck! I've been emeritus for well over a year and it's a great feeling..

Lately I've been struggling with a 177/178 plateau, but this week maybe I'll break through that (goal is 170 for me).

Thanks!

My goal is also 170. Haven't seen that weight since freshman year in college (25 years agos). I actually weighed about 140 when I graduated from HS - but filled out a bit the next fall/winter. I am motivated because I want to climb hills better

Good work on your weight loss! Keep it up!

+1 on the 140 in high school. And worse, you have seen me now!

I was 200.3 when I weighed in Monday am.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Thanks Tom, but only when I stay there for a month! I bounce in and out of 198 to 205 too easily.

LOL...I may wait until after the Thanksgiving bulges passes even if I drop below 200 before that. I may look like a python that swallowed a gazelle for a few days!
