Awesome Week for Me: Ending 5/10/08
Rode five days Total 385.8 miles. Average of 77.16 miles
First Flat tire Friday @ 3200 miles.
Rode First 100 miles Sat 101.8 miles "The Rolling Hills Challenge". 8 to 18 mph winds. temps 72* to 90*
Hills everywhere.

71.4 miles this week, including a great group ride this morning at a sane pace. Now that I have an Edge 305 I can also note that this included 3029' of climbing.

I haven't been involved in the spinner mileage thread before, but I'd like to add my riding to the mix.
By way of background, I'm around 225 now at 5'10''. I multimode commute from the south shore of boston to Cambridge by bike-boat-bike or bike-train-bike depending on weather and schedule.

New job has me slowed down on exercise as too many hours at work. I only did 125 this week, but I plan to up that next week.

Only 60 miles for week ending 5/18. Shortened work week due to vacation, and bad weather cut my commuting down to two days, and no opportunity for extra miles last week...
