Got Any Your Riding Pics You Love?

Well I kind of got this one. I will eventually buy it form the photographer. There is a guy that sits up on a mtn road taking pics of riders and crotchrockets that roll buy. Riders can go to his site and purchase the pics. I'm more concerned about getting my Lemond out of the shop rightnow. I'll pic up the pic after the bike is repaired and all fees paid.

This was taken while descending Glendora Mtn Rd. (GMR). I think the thing that captures my attention is the clarity of the wheels and tires making contact on the road (not sure how clear it is posted on the forum). I love looking at the wheels while thinking,"yeah, I built those MOFO's myself!"

Rear Velocity Deep V and front Mavic CXP33 on my Cannondale. It's like watching poetry in motion! The wheels, not me!

That's a great pic! Here is one from a race I did last October. The background isn't as spectacular as yours but I still like it. I'd post a larger version but this is the only one I can post that fits under the size restriction.

Here's one of my favorites, simply because it's so unglamorous. My cycling is usually about getting from one location to another regardless of conditions, so Neil Fein's shot of me pedaling in rainy Fort Washington, PA, sums up my riding history.

I never take a camera with me, but that is one of my goal changes for 2008. I am going to put one on the motorcycles we take and the bicycles we take. It won't be a great quality camera, but it will do for what I want. I will hopefully update this in a few months. My riding is 100% rollers right now.

I've been on a couple of organized rides where they had a bunch of pictures posted online, but I have yet to make it into any of them. And I don't ride with anyone I know. So nope, no pictures.

The only one I have of me on my bike. I had my mom take it as I needed an action shot for an article they did on me at work when I won our fitness contest last June...

Here's a few of me that I like:

Near collapse, 80 miles into the Heartbreak Hundred Century in Southern CA:

Not me (and clearly not a clyde), but a cool picture I took during a crit last year.

Just because it was last week and I wish I were back at North Myrtle Beach...

A blast from the past, my favorite picture. Riding across to catch a 2 man break and we were able to stay away from the field for the rest of the race..

Just 25 of our scheduled 35 miles that December 23rd. Neil F. wasn't aware when he took the picture that I'd hit a pothole a half-mile back and fallen. I wasn't aware Neil F. hadn't eaten that morning and he was about to bonk. We trudged on through the rain to a pizza place near the Ft. Washington SEPTA train station, then took the train to Doylestown. We then spent nearly an hour and a half locating the hotel, then discovered it was on a road marked "Motor Vehicles Only." Fortunately we found another hotel.

Here's a shot of me near Doylestown SEPTA station:

And here's Neil F. this summer on the "Rocky" steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art:
