.2506, and I am 52, but my reflexes were always slow, hence my penchant for cycling rather than sports that required reflexes, speed and coordination. Funny, but way back when I did possess a pretty deadly road sprint though.

For some reason I can't do this on my work computer but I do have a funny story. I was probably about 42 years old (45 now). I was running a 5K race and I was a pretty big boy. Probably 230 or so at the time. I'm about 3/4 of the way through the race and I hear "clop, clop, click, clop, clop, click", and I'm thinking "What the heck is that?"

Soon enough I find out. It's a guy who's in his 70's who looks pretty doggone fit running with a cane.

He passed me.

I actually didn't care as I finished the race which was my goal. I did run a 10K a few months later and saw him about halfway where I passed him. I talked to him in both races and he was very supportive of my running and glad to see that I passed him the second time around.
