First bike build

I finished my first bike build and took it out for a spin today. Everything was pretty successful. I need to adjust the cables a little bit and it should all be good. Here are some pics. Enjoy!

Components

I guess I should tell you some of the components I went with. The build set is a Campy Mirage 20 speed. The Ultra torque messed me up a little bit but with some help from the mechanics forum I got that figured out. I went with 25's for tires and they felt good today. My cyclometer is a Blackburn Delphi 5.0. I really like it so far. I also love the Specialized seat. I picked it up on ebay for $60 and I wish I would have bought two. The other for my mountain bike.

Well here you go.
Frame and fork from ebay: $330.00
Wheels 450.00
Seat 58.00
Stem, handlebars, seat post 65.00
Custom built wheels and tires 450.00
Group build 387.00
total $1740.00

But no matter what the experience was worth it.

Absolutely stunning build. My next bike is definitely going to be custom (to me), as I've yet to find one single bike that has all the components that I'd want. Bravo! I'm jealous! :)

Also.. welcome to "club Specialized" :D
