Transition!

Good morning,

I don't know if I can keep posting on this forum, because I am not officially a Clyde anymore! The weigh in this morning has me down to 197 so I guess I am under the limit. Hopefully my journey will continue, and I plan to keep reading here. So many motivational stories and topics here. Started last August at 218, and I am shooting for a goal of 185 so another 12 lbs to go. I plan to go farther if it comes safely. Thanks for all the great stories, pictures etc.. I have to get going to the gym for my Saturday run.

...therefore the Mod sent him forth from the garden of C&A, to Training & Nutrition and Foo. He drove out the man; and at the east of the garden of C&A he placed the Road Nazi, and a flaming bicycle pump which turned every way....
