This is a cross post from the AltBike forum, but I think that everyone will forgive me:

Here are a couple of stories about him and his bike.

Thanks, East Hill and artkansas.

I love the expression on his face--a little scared maybe, but also excited, and anticipating a lot of fun. I bet we all feel that way sometimes on our bikes--no matter how long we've been riding. I also like his "little" friend--helping him like a father.

Perhaps he'll be able to resume his veterenary practice now.

It says he's looking for a wife. Any of the Athenas reading this considering?

That would be AWESOME. After all, he'd fit right in, and he wants to practice his english.

Perfect!

jebus. he has my opposite problem. i am 5 foot 3, but my torso is much longer proportionally than my legs. SO...although technically I should be able to ride anywhere from a 47 - 49cm bike, it isn't that easy, because most bikes are too long at the top tube for me. After much searching, I have decided that the best dimensions for me at the MOST are 47c - t and 51.5 effective. anything longer than 51.5 will jack me up. the two high end bikes i have owned that have fit the best are an XS specialized tarmac pro and a 48 size orbea opal.

Hi Andy, welcome to BikeForums!

Have you tried riding any vintage steel bikes?

Well, that really tall Chinese guy--the one he 'topped' as world's tallest man--married an average height woman.

World's tallest cyclist

Came across this while trying to re-connect with Canadian news:

https://www.cbc.ca/cp/Oddities/080324/K032408AU.html

Seems like a nice guy, and a sweet custom ride. At 8'5, what size frame would he need? 75?
