I'm a little slow with my update since March wasn't as good as Jan and February. My monthly goals were 100 miles of riding and 5 pounds lost. I didn't hit either. I did however get more days on the road (4) than in February (1). I had to cancel my gym membership due to cost of living increases so after the second week of the month the only way I get miles is actually on the road. So for the month of march I had 81.37 miles and a total of 450.89 for the year.
Also, I think my end of month February weight total was artificially low due to time of day and dehydration so I wasn't really at 217 at the end of the month last month but more likely 219ish. March was tough on the food and couch potato side. I wasn't able to maintain the self-control on the food-hand-mouth connection and as a result I ended the month at 219.
So after 3 years here were I stand for my goals:
1) 2000 miles for the year - 450.89 down and 1549.89 to go
2) Loose 40 pounds - I'm down 8 pounds for the year so 32 to go
3) Ride 3 centuries - still need to up miles ange actually register for them (next step)
