Her Loss, Her Gain

While this is non-cycling specific, here is an article from my local paper of an unhealthy young mother of two, who lost 100 lbs (she's only 5' tall). She's completed 1/2 and full marathons, and is now planning on running up Mt. Washington this summer (7.6 miles, 12% average grade ).

+1 Its great to read stories like this because it highlights the fact that obesity is not just a physical problem as we all know. it is so important that we look after our mental health and let it look after us;-)
