Lost 6 lbs in a month and a half from cycling
I started the season at 221 lbs and now weigh 215 lbs. I didn't change my diet at all just been cycling 40 - 50 miles a week. So from April 1st to May 15th I lost 6 lbs, not bad. I guess this cycling stuff really works. My goal is to get below 200 by Aug. Now it is time to start working on the diet.

I have been eating for energy to ride. 3400 miles this yr, lost 20 lbs of stomach.
