Training. . .
for the Routt County Sheriff's Office physical fitness exam next Thursday (the 22nd)
I've got to run 1.5 miles, then do sit ups, push ups, bench press, sit & reach, and a 60-yard dash.
Went for the mile and a half run today and did 50 sit ups and 30 push ups, plus 20 reps of 50 lbs on the bench press. . .
Not sure what the exact requirements are, but I think I'll keep up the training regardless of whether or not I pass the exam. . . Boy do I feel great!
(don't worry, though-- I'm still getting out on the bike, too!)
