34 More pounds till I'm high normal.

Great job!!!!

Although the BMI is not an exact science it is a pretty decent measure for many people, they just don't want to use it because they know how far to go they really have. I have another 40 pounds to go, and I have hit a wall. Time for me to start riding 50 miles a day, or start running more. Running is a lot harder workout for me, but my knee doesn't always agree. Maybe it is time to get back into the water some also.

Again, GREAT JOB!!!

And keep up the things that are working for you.

BMI is garbage for science. It does NOT consider lean muscle mass.
