    Great job!!!!

Although the BMI is not an exact science it is a pretty decent measure for many people, they just don't want to use it because they know how far to go they really have. I have another 40 pounds to go, and I have hit a wall. Time for me to start riding 50 miles a day, or start running more. Running is a lot harder workout for me, but my knee doesn't always agree. Maybe it is time to get back into the water some also.

    Again, GREAT JOB!!!

And keep up the things that are working for you.

My height and weight aren't even on the chart, but the pattern tells me I am obese.

BMI is garbage for science. It does NOT consider lean muscle mass.
    Bikes use brakes to stop.

If your bike has breaks, don't ride it.

    Awesome!!

And +100 on BMI - it's not the end all though a good ballpark to strive towards.

Congrats! I bet you feel so much better too!

Recently I left the obese label behind as well.

This was taken last year, May 28th at my daughter's wedding:

This was taken a couple months ago, all I did was walk:
