At 222 in 2004, I logged in here with a purpose. Loose weight! Well, I did, I lost down to 172 by riding and eating correct. Well, I held it pretty well until late 2006 and then a new "office" job kept me off the bike. I didnt feel like riding when I got home because I was zonked.
My clydesdale alert started beeping when I hit 199 one day last month. I said good god, youve gained it all back. The mirror showed as well as me rolling out the 36 waists again. Bye Bye 33's.
Im back on track, 195 and loosing but I did something I swore I wouldnt do and that was gain it back. I feel I know what it takes to get it off and I think I can do it in 2 months.
So dont do like I did, dont loose hope and ride, ride, ride.
