OK - so off I went to Stone Mountain... There's a bike path around the mountain and roads..So I figured pretty safe. I knew it would have hills...but my goodness... It was a trip! I had a mantra form a training workout I listen to for the elliptical. I think the guy who says it is annoying...and hear I was saying it up those looooooooooooooong hills.... "You can Feel it, You can taste it, You are Right there!" Anyway Up I went..and i went around twice...
10 Mile 50 min 44 sec ( And I stopped between rounds for about 4-5 minutes).
Anyway thanks guys for your support. This ride was like taking a spinning class - and not cheating.
I will go log these rides in a journal...Are you guys sick of my ride reports??? Is there a limit?
