Weighed and measured myself today. The results
At the beginning of the season I weighed myself and took measurements for most areas of my body.
The good news. I lost a little over 8 lbs, lost 2 inches from my stomach and an inch from my waist.
The not so good news. Before the season I had the following measurements from my legs.
---------------- Beginning -- Now
Right Quad -- 25” --------- 24”
Left Quad --- 24.5” ------- 23”
Right calve -- 16.5 -------- 18
Left calve ---- 16 ---------- 15.5
Notice my right and left calve. It seems I must be favoring my right leg. How do I even my legs out?
