This Week Rocked!

Did the Collin Classic ride today (Total of 31.5 miles.+ the 3.5 miles RT commuting to work). Constant hills...argh! Beautiful weather...there was a little rain in the middle of the ride that cooled the Nasty Texas weather down to 73F. Went ahead and rode the LeTour. Yeah I know...I'm used to the Hardrock and hadn't ridden the LeTour farther than 10 miles at a stretch...but it gave me a much better avg speed (13.6 mph) and would have been faster if the hills hadn't kicked my butt by mile 22...the last hills I only averaged 4-8 mph.
Total cal burned today: 2500

Total Miles for the entire Week: 82 and change
Total Calories burned for the week: 5906
I so ROCK!

(Now I'll just go and whimper for a bit as my abused butt heals.)
