My heart rate is really coming down.
I've been riding almost every day for the last month, I ride 125-150 miles a week. It's great to have a heart monitor because you can see trends regarding your heart rate. I did a 32 mile ride today, weeks ago my heart would've been averaging 150-160 but it averaged 127 on this ride.
Getting miles, every day is hard work. I know I don't have to tell *you* guys that. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Anybody else got heart rate stories? How about your resting pulse? I'm gonna take my pulse tomorrow when I wake up and see what my resting pulse is. Cheers!
