on light duty due to illness; please contact my assistants for forum issues. They are Siu Blue Wind, or CbadRider or the other 3 star folk. I am currently at home recovering from a couple of strokes. I am making good progress, happily.

Good job man. I will hopefully try that one next week. My longest ride so far is 45mi. You stop for any breaks along the way?

my first break was at my turnaround point, at like 31-32 miles. there was a McD's there and i almost went in and got a big mac. lol. and then after that i stoped about every 10 miles or so to drink some water.

    good luck to everyone!

im using Michelin Trans-World City's 26 X 1.75/1.95... they are not knobbies. i LOVE them, they are really good in the wet and on a nice paved flat surface they rock. they are really good on tailered limestone trails and ok in sand.
