Greets all!
I never noticed this forum on here when I used to post about 2 years ago - either for lack of attention or bad memory. I just recently moved back into an area where I can ride again, and through a combination of exercise and proper diet I've dropped about 101 lbs. I'm currently sitting at about 225. My goal is 170 and then i'm focusing on dropping my body fat %.
Just wanted to say hello, glad to see theres a forum on here for us bigger cyclists
