First 200k

Hi guys & gals...

Just wanted to let y'all know that I finished my first 200k ride (well, almost). Figured I'd let my fellow Clydes & Athenas know since you have all been such an inspiration to me since I started cycling about 15 months ago.

Here's the report...

First 200k ride (well...close enough...)

I read the report on the LD forum yesterday. Great writeup and excellent pix! Congrats on your first 200km! (My first 200km and 200mi in over a decade were just this year, too.)
Now I'm waiting to see your first 300km writeup sometime. It's nice seeing the Clydes/Athenas getting more representation in the long distance events. I saw a heck of a lot of us last weekend!

Thanks Clifton! yeah...I'm thinking 300k won't bee too hard to get to. I think for a double century I'm going to have to get some lights

B Piddy - lol...yeah...I'll bet that looks familiar. I grew up in Dresbach & Browsville. Went to school in La Crescent through 8th grade when I changed to Caledonia. How long you been there?
