Paging rollerdavem

Did you give up? If so, that's a huge bummer. I thought for sure you were going to prove me right, after my previous mistakes with other hopefuls.

I hope he didn't give it up. It would be ashamed if that nice bike was collecting dust in the garage.

+1000

His posts reminded me of what I felt a couple years ago.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

He's still around, I chat with him by phone from time to time. Just other issues going on right now.

Excellent to know, in fact. Issues outside of weight loss do happen, and do take priority. Hopefully dave returns to the bike he loves, and if not, hopefully he's able to get through whatever is weighing on his mind.

hey guys!

I'm still around, and I have been riding still albeit nowhere near as much as I would like to.

I just haven't felt much like posting of late. I have been alright, but I have to feel a certain way to be any good with words, and I have been up to my eyeballs in distraction.

Got mom into memory care, now tomorrow it looks like we are moving her OUT and into the assisted living area as she is doing better than they initially thought she could.

A lot of work, but I'm NOT complaining!

Still taking back my space from the encroaching junkstorm left by that theiving ex-tennant..

(And I feel the words coming back to me as I type)

Still acting as my neice's sole support and raising my ex's kid while trying not to be a damn soap opera character.

I thank you all for your thoughts, well wishes, and encouragement. Rest assured I will NEVER give up, I was just out riding today, and tomorrow looks good as well.

If ever you wonder, you can ask Tom if he's heard from me or you could just send me a PM and it will kick directly to my E-mail. I'll also try to get more into the spirit here, and check in more often. You guys inspired me when I needed it, and if I have anything worthwhile to offer in return, it's only fair.

Oh, Eagle says HI.

RD
