210 lb goal
On july 14 i weighed myself at 248lbs, im 6,2.Right then and there i decided to start getting serious about getting in shape.So i instanly changed the way i eat,i started working out, and riding the crap out of my bike.Today it has been only 2 weeks, and i have lost 18lbs, im down to 230lbs now.Does loosing that much weight, that fast,sound normal for someone totally changing there lifestyle that fast. And for the record, i drink plenty of water too.

More than likely you weight loss will stop for abit. The 248 number was water, all the bad crap inside of you, more than likely...

I also have cut carbs as much as possible.
